Instabase and e-Flora's Summer Campaign
In an exciting collaboration, the matching platform for rental spaces,
Instabase, operated by
Rebase Corporation, has teamed up with
e-Flora, a network of flower shops across Japan, to celebrate flower enthusiasts with the
Summer Support Campaign. This campaign, which marks the first partnership between the two companies, will run from
August 6 to September 25, 2026. It aims to elevate the experience of rental space users who are passionate about their favorite artists and characters.
The
Summer Support Campaign kicks off the day before
Flower Day on
August 6, allowing users to enjoy a floral experience that aligns with their personal interests. Those who reserve rental spaces in areas such as
Shinjuku,
Shibuya, and
Toshima can enjoy a delightful surprise—flowers in their favorite colors, delivered right when they start their gathering. To participate, simply book a space within the campaign period, enter the keyword
‘Oshi-Hana’ when ordering flowers from e-Flora, and receive an exclusive
FURUFURU Balloon Set containing five vibrant designs.
In recent years, Instabase has seen an increase in the utilization of its services for
‘Oshi-Katsu’ (supporting favorite artists or characters) activities. With the summer heat being intense, many have opted to gather indoors with friends to enjoy their shared interests in a cooled, decorated space that reflects their chosen theme. Attendees often bring decorations and flower arrangements that correspond to the colors of their beloved icons.
However, a common challenge arises regarding the timing of flower deliveries. Since rental spaces have fixed entry times, users may miss their flower delivery if it arrives too early, resulting in inadequate decoration time if it arrives late. To combat this, e-Flora has arranged for flower deliveries perfectly timed for when the rental space is available. This means users won't need to worry about transporting flowers, instead having the ability to set up decorations immediately upon arrival, enriching their
Oshi-Katsu experience.
The initial phase of this campaign focuses on areas that are popular junctions—
Shinjuku,
Shibuya, and
Ikebukuro—known for their vibrant flower shops and significant foot traffic.
Instabase aims to transcend beyond merely providing locations; they aspire to enhance the overall experience of time spent in shared spaces through innovative partnerships. By supporting the intersection of people and places, they hope to foster countless new beginnings in communities.
