Professional Background

Uematsu holds an MBA from Rikkyo University Graduate School of Business Design. After beginning his career as a system engineer, he moved on to work in IT outsourcing sales at a major systems integrator. He joined Salesforce Japan in January 2012 and has since been instrumental in driving digital transformation across a wide spectrum of enterprises—from large corporations to SMBs. Through various leadership roles at Salesforce, Uematsu honed his expertise in sales strategy, organizational management, and the implementation of innovative business solutions.

In February 2024, Uematsu was promoted to Managing Executive Officer, and by June 2026, he will transition from Salesforce Japan to assume his new responsibilities at GA Technologies and ITANDI.
