This agreement ensures the continuation of the ARINC cMUSE solution across all four terminals of London Heathrow Airport.

The ARINC cMUSE, or common-use multi-user system environment, is a cutting-edge passenger processing system that streamlines airport operations. More than 80 airlines operating at Heathrow can dynamically share resources rather than depending solely on dedicated infrastructure. This system facilitates efficient resource allocation for check-in desks and boarding gates based on actual demand, which better utilizes space and reduces operational costs.
