PANDAG G1 to Make Its First Official Appearance at GaLaBau 2026
PANDAG, a leader in autonomous landscaping equipment, is excited to announce that the G1 commercial autonomous mower will make its debut at GaLaBau 2026, taking place in Nuremberg, Germany from September 15 to 18, 2026. This innovative lawn mower is designed specifically for professional landscape maintenance and will be showcased to a diverse audience, including contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders in the landscaping industry.
The G1 has been engineered to combine advanced technologies such as LiDAR, AI-driven vision, RTK positioning, and 4G connectivity to enable fully autonomous navigation and mowing capabilities. Notably, its features include obstacle detection, automatic return to the charging base with task resumption, and multi-location map management. This makes the G1 a versatile solution for maintaining green spaces efficiently and effectively.
Impressive Efficiency and Versatility
With a cutting width of 48 inches, the G1 is capable of mowing up to 12 acres (approximately 4.9 hectares) in a single day and can manage slopes of up to 38 degrees. PANDAG has designed the G1 with a modular architecture, allowing it to adapt to various commercial mowing needs. Users can customize the mower with side and rear discharge options, as well as different blade and tire configurations, making it ideal for a range of applications including golf courses, athletic fields, parks, municipal green spaces, turf farms, vineyards, and other large outdoor areas.
GaLaBau: The Launchpad for European Demonstrations
GaLaBau 2026 will also kick off the G1 Europe Demo 2026 program, which aims to continue engaging landscaping professionals through selected live demonstrations across Europe. These demonstrations will allow contractors, landscape companies, distributors, and other industry professionals to see the G1 in real-world outdoor settings. Attendees will have the chance to evaluate its navigation, cutting performance, and day-to-day operation, emphasizing PANDAG's commitment to innovation and responsiveness to the needs of the landscaping sector.
PANDAG's founder and CEO, Fionn, expressed enthusiasm about the company's debut at GaLaBau, stating, "This event provides us with a unique opportunity to connect with professionals who understand these working environments best and to gain firsthand insights into the practical requirements of commercial green area maintenance.
