Importance of Self-Care in Caregiving
Through this workshop, we aim to disseminate the crucial importance of self-understanding and self-care as foundational pillars that support the 'trust' embedded within our caregiving roles. With a deeper insight into our own mental health, we can better cater to the needs of those we nurture. Participants will leave with invaluable resources and a reinforced understanding of how to balance their own needs with those of the children in their care.
