About Chef Hitoshi Iwasaki
Hitoshi Iwasaki, the Executive Chef of Hotel Metropolitan Edmont, has an extensive background in culinary arts. Born in Tokyo in 1965, he graduated from the Osaka Abeno Tsuji Culinary School and joined the Hotel Edmont (now Hotel Metropolitan Edmont) in 1987. Chef Iwasaki has participated in several prestigious culinary competitions and held significant positions, such as being the head chef for the JR East Japan’s luxury train "TRAIN SUITE Shiki-Shima".
