Upcoming Online Seminar on Public-Private Partnerships: Insights and Strategies

The General Incorporated Association for Local Government DX Promotion (GDX), located in Minato, Tokyo, is excited to announce the full schedule for the upcoming online seminar titled "Public-Private Partnership Realities: Survey Report Meeting" to be held on December 24, 2025. This event aims to explore the best practices and challenges encountered in public-private partnerships (PPP) across Japan.

Understanding the Need for Public-Private Partnerships

With ongoing challenges such as declining population and financial difficulties, municipalities are increasingly looking towards PPPs as a viable solution to address their issues. However, many local governments face significant obstacles such as stalled agreements and limitations tied to traditional procurement processes. This seminar will leverage exclusive survey data compiled by GDX to illuminate critical decision-making points necessary for effective municipal management moving forward.
