Eisenhower Fellowships Announce the 2026 Innovative Entrepreneurs Selected for Fellowship
Eisenhower Fellowships Unveils 2026 Innovative Entrepreneurs Program Fellows
In a significant development, the Eisenhower Fellowships (EF) has named 28 outstanding entrepreneurial leaders as Fellows for its 2026 Innovative Entrepreneurs Program. This selection was made from a highly competitive international applicant pool of over 500. Among these chosen Fellows, 17 are international leaders, while 11 hail from the United States. All of these individuals have demonstrated significant success in establishing enterprises that create both economic benefits and social impact across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, biotechnology, agriculture, clean energy, workforce development, and finance.
For the first time, this program will facilitate an opportunity for both American and international Fellows to share a common experience during the initial phase of their fellowship. This structure is designed to promote deeper peer learning, collaboration, and networking among global leaders. The Fellows will kick off their journey in Philadelphia this fall, before heading to Austin, Texas. The opening seminar will take place at Capital Factory, recognized as one of the nation's premier centers for entrepreneurship and innovation. Here, they will engage with other entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, and innovators, fostering an exchange of ideas essential for research and development.
Following the opening seminar, participants will indulge in customized fellowship experiences tailored to their professional aspirations and aimed at amplifying the impact of their endeavors. The program will delve into how innovative entrepreneurial, investment, and research entities in the U.S. transform concepts into enterprises, generate job opportunities, and address pressing societal challenges.
After the group phase, the 17 selected international Fellows will embark on personalized professional programs across the United States, meeting with business executives, investors, policymakers, and civic leaders whose expertise aligns with their fields. Conversely, the 11 American Fellows will undertake an overseas adventure for three weeks, immersing themselves in international settings that will broaden their perspectives regarding their impactful projects.
George de Lama, President of Eisenhower Fellowships, remarked, "This program marks an exciting evolution in the distinctive Eisenhower Fellowships experience. For the first time, American and international Fellows will learn in unison as a singular group. Their exchange of ideas and shared experiences will not only foster new collaborations but will also expand their horizons and refine their professional skills, generating positive impacts that will outlast the duration of the fellowship."
Once the program concludes, the newly inducted Fellows will be integrated into the lifelong global network of Eisenhower Fellowships, which boasts over 1,900 active leaders across more than 100 countries. This network is committed to enhancing mutual understanding and improving societal conditions through direct dialogue and collaboration.
Established in 1953, Eisenhower Fellowships aims to identify, empower, and connect innovative leaders through transformative fellowship experiences and ongoing engagement within a global community dedicated to fostering a more peaceful, prosperous, and equitable world.
