"Learning all of the new technology was one of the bigger challenges I'd encountered. Combining this with the pace of onboarding new clients felt overwhelming at times, yet I relished the experience," he shared.

Unlike previous routine work hours dictated by partners, he found a structure that allowed him to prioritize his family while still delivering exceptional service to his clients. “Being able to structure my time to support my career while prioritizing my family has been empowering,” Brady stated.
