ABC Cooking Studio Unveils Its New Flagship Marunouchi Studio
In an exciting development for culinary enthusiasts,
ABC Cooking Studio is set to relocate and significantly renovate its flagship location, the
Marunouchi Studio, on April 12, 2025. This move not only revamps the physical space but also introduces a host of innovative services and experiences for both locals and tourists in the heart of Tokyo.
A State-of-the-Art Culinary Experience
This newly designed cooking studio will feature two exceptional segments: the
ABC Marunouchi Ground, a versatile venue suitable for various events, and the
Tokyo Kaikan Cooking School supported by ABC Cooking Studio, where participants can learn authentic French cuisine from top chefs.
ABC Marunouchi Ground is positioned to enrich the culinary landscape with classes targeted at foreign visitors, team-building workshops, and promotional events all under one roof. Visitors will enjoy the beauty of traditional Arita porcelain dishware used during cooking classes, which emphasizes not only the joy of creating meals but also the art of beautifully presenting them. This reflects ABC’s dedication to delivering a holistic culinary experience.
Renovated Studio Features
The new Marunouchi Studio is strategically located, offering easy access from Tokyo Station and Otemachi Station. The interior design boasts a chic, unified aesthetic with a calming atmosphere, predominantly in white tones. A central dining table invites participants to relish their culinary creations together, enhancing the social aspect of cooking classes.
In collaboration with Arita Town in Saga Prefecture, ABC will import traditional Arita ceramics to embody the intersection of time-honored crafts and homestyle cooking in their curriculum.
Versatile 'Marunouchi Ground'
The
Marunouchi Ground serves a wide range of purposes, with its bright, glass-walled environment flooded with natural light. It can comfortably accommodate around 30 people for seated events, perfectly catering to corporate tie-ups and lessons for international visitors. Anticipated programs include team-building activities and various immersive experiences based on cooking.
Tokyo Kaikan Cooking School: A Culinary Tradition
Founded in 1955, the
Tokyo Kaikan Cooking School has remained devoted to teaching the art of traditional French cuisine. ABC entered into a partnership with Tokyo Kaikan in 2015 to co-manage this esteemed cooking school, and now offers students the unique opportunity to witness extraordinary culinary demonstrations from renowned chefs who have honed their skills at this prestigious institution. The school will welcome its 142nd class beginning in April 2025, providing even more opportunities for aspiring chefs.
