From May 13 to 15, 2026, REPT BATTERO participated in the 18th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2026) in Shenzhen, unveiling its latest innovations in energy storage, hybrid battery technologies, and megawatt fast charging solutions. This event highlighted the company's commitment to advancing battery technology and contributing to a sustainable energy future.
Energy Storage Innovations
REPT BATTERO showcased a diverse portfolio of energy storage systems designed for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Among the household storage options, the company presented various cell formats including 50 Ah, 72 Ah, and 100 Ah, along with larger capacities of 280 Ah, 314 Ah, and 392 Ah.
The highlight was the introduction of the Wending® 392Ah and Wending® 588Ah high-capacity cells, which demonstrate a significant increase in energy density. The Wending® 392Ah cell offers a 25% capacity boost compared to traditional 314Ah products, achieving an impressive 1.25 kWh per cell and a remarkable efficiency rate of up to 95% under 0.5P operational conditions. These cells are ideal for various applications ranging from residential energy storage systems to grid-scale projects. In contrast, the Wending® 588Ah cell reaches 1.88 kWh per unit and is designed for long-term energy storage applications, expected to last over 25-30 years with more than 10,000 charge cycles.
Additionally, the Powtrix® 3.0 Energy Storage System was unveiled, featuring a configuration that integrates 392-Ah cells within a standard 20-foot container. This setup not only enhances the total energy capacity to 6.26 MWh but also delivers a 25% improvement in energy capacity while reducing footprint by 16% and onsite installation time by 18%. The system is built to operate reliably in extreme temperature conditions, ranging from -40 °C to 60 °C, achieving a system efficiency rating of 95.5% with features ensuring earthquake safety and thermal propagation prevention.
Advancements in Passenger Vehicle Solutions
In the passenger vehicle segment, REPT BATTERO presented its 120-Ah fast-charging cell, along with hybrid battery pack solutions and solid-liquid hybrid battery systems utilizing nickel and manganese technologies. The 120-Ah cell, capable of supporting 6C ultra-fast charging through advanced thermal management, is operational in a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 70 °C, presenting a unique combination of high energy density and enhanced safety.
The Wending® 54Ah cell, one of the company's most popular PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) offerings, emphasizes compatibility, safety, and longevity. It was among the first products to comply with China's mandatory battery safety standard GB38031-2025, passing rigorous thermal propagation tests and impact assessments. This cell maintains stable performance even at lower states of charge and up to -35 °C, making it suitable for a variety of vehicle scenarios.
Moreover, REPT BATTERO introduced its state-of-the-art hybrid battery platform based on solid-liquid technology, catering to both mainstream electric vehicles and premium segments. The manganese-based system is specifically engineered for mainstream EVs and PHEVs, ensuring enhanced performance in low temperatures along with superior cycle stability. Despite challenges such as extreme cold, it retains over 80% capacity at -40 °C and performs well through strict penetration and impact tests.
Heavy-Duty Vehicle Solutions for Future Transport
Addressing the needs of heavy-duty vehicles, REPT BATTERO showcased several new products designed to tackle operational challenges faced by buses, heavy-duty trucks, mining, and construction machinery. The LFP 268Ah ultra-fast charging battery supports a 4C charging capability and allows for a driving range of up to 240 km in just 15 minutes, significantly improving operational efficiency.
Inspired by the demand for longevity, the Long-Life LFP 324Ah battery is geared toward high-intensity transport scenarios, extending the battery lifespan to an impressive 10 years or 1.5 million kilometers.
Lastly, the company introduced Pack-F, which increases the energy capacity of a single battery pack to 600 kWh while supporting 1.5C megawatt-level fast charging, improving charging efficiency by approximately 40%.
