Plus Inc. to Showcase Innovative Office Furniture at Orgatec Tokyo 2025

Plus to Participate in Orgatec Tokyo 2025

Plus Inc., headquartered in Minato Ward, Tokyo, will be showcasing its innovative office furniture solutions at the renowned Orgatec Tokyo 2025. The event will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 3 to June 5, 2025, representing one of the largest office furniture exhibitions in Japan.

As the dynamics of work environments evolve, the role of offices is undergoing significant changes. Recognizing this shift, Plus Inc.'s Furniture Company has introduced a new tagline: "Furnishing Uniqueness — Adding Plus Value to Individuals' Workstyles." With this slogan, they aim to foster genuine conversations and relationships, enabling individuals to perform at their best in workspaces designed for comfort and productivity.

Exhibition Theme: My Igokochi Making

The exhibition will revolve around the theme of "my Igokochi making", celebrating various personalities, interests, and emotions in the office. Plus aims to collaborate with businesses and workers to create an environment that caters to their individual preferences. This initiative encourages visitors to rethink their office spaces and furniture to better match their personal and corporate needs.

Exhibition Highlights

The Igokochi Factory booth will be designed to help attendees discover their perfect 'Igokochi' — the Japanese term for comfort and well-being in an office setting. It will feature immersive experiences that demonstrate how Plus ensures quality in its product designs and innovations.

Privacy Preference: Front View or Back View?

Attendees will explore how different office layouts impact comfort. For example, Plus conducted a survey in 2021 revealing that when choosing seating positions, preferences varied between those who wanted to block the front view versus those who favored blocking the back view, with a split ratio of 9:7. By introducing adaptable desks that cater to these preferences, Plus is enhancing the office experience.

Sofas Tailored for Every Need

The exhibition will also showcase a selection of sofas categorized into three usage scenarios: A for Visitors, B for Light Meetings, and C for Work Stations. Each sofa is designed with unique characteristics to fit specific needs, allowing attendees to enjoy the process of choosing their ideal piece. Visitors might even discover their favorite ‘push’ sofa by engaging with the displays.

Additional Experience Zones and Showcases

The booth will include numerous experiential corners, alongside various product displays aimed at enriching the visitor experience and offering concrete examples of Plus’s commitment to innovative workspace solutions.
