Founded by CEO Azusa Iida, Eat Me Inc. currently oversees six restaurant locations and is involved in catering, brand development, menu supervision, consulting, and creative production, making it a multifaceted player in the industry. Expanding Business Horizons

In line with its strategic plans, the company is expanding its footprint to Niseko, Hokkaido, in 2024, debuting a sister restaurant named Niseko Confidential. Following this, in December 2025, the company is set to launch Tepache, a restaurant bar featuring one of Hokkaido’s largest collections of agave spirits and authentic Mexican cuisine, alongside AóRA, which will focus on course meals utilizing rich local ingredients.
