1. Blue Pescatore: Priced at 1,500 yen, this dish features a vibrant blue sauce made from clam broth, capturing the essence of seafood such as shrimp, scallops, and squid, complemented by seasonal vegetables.

2. Americain with Hokkaido Scallops and Shrimp: At 1,700 yen, this decadent dish showcases Hokkaido-produced scallops and shrimp, cooked in a rich sauce made from lobster stock, butter, and cream, ensuring a memorable taste experience.
