From June 6th to 8th, this collaboration marks a commitment to sustainability and delicious experiences, providing an exciting opportunity for attendees to engage with food waste initiatives through the joyous lens of gastronomy.

KKDJ has consistently focused on sustainability, aiming to reduce food waste generated in the donut manufacturing process, and advocating for the reduction of plastic usage. Their collaboration with Dole—known for its commitment to a project that champions the ‘value of wasted fruits’—and Ethical Spirits, which creates ethical gin from unused ingredients, makes 'UP-cycle NIGHT' an event not to be missed.

The theme of the event is “Upcycling”—transforming what’s considered waste into something delightful and valuable. Attendees will enjoy a tasting experience of specially created donuts made from Dole's 'wasted fruits' alongside innovative cocktails and teas crafted with by-products from ethical spirit distillation. The event is free of charge, but attendees must be 20 years or older due to the cocktail offerings. Each session will accommodate a maximum of 15 participants, with 10 spots available through a pre-event lottery and five for same-day participation.
