The journey towards establishing AIPEX began during a new business training program organized by docomo STARTUP® in 2024, targeting young employees. CINCA played a crucial role in designing and operating this curriculum, where not only did they support participants like Oshima, but they also helped refine the business ideas conceived through the program.
