As part of their new headquarters building project, Chuetsu Pulp focused on reinforcing security measures and improving the work environment for employees. They considered various options for access control and decided in favor of a facial recognition system due to its non-contact nature and superior convenience compared to traditional methods like fingerprint or vein recognition. After a thorough assessment, they chose FreeiD based on its quick face registration and robust performance metrics.

The system is installed in strategic locations: inside the lobby's airlock and within two elevators in the building, ensuring enhanced security throughout the premises by controlling floor access via elevator systems.
