MS. CASABLANCA in Yokohama, a project by
Zetton under the
andST HD Group, is set to unveil a tantalizing summer menu that perfectly blends spicy and chilled flavors. This new seasonal offering is tailored to provide refreshing culinary experiences during the hot summer months.
MS. CASABLANCA invites guests to indulge in an array of unique dishes that emphasize the essence of summer, including the popular
Chilled Dandan Noodles and the health-conscious
Sichuan Spicy Soup. The menu also includes delightful Taiwanese dessert,
Tofu Pudding, and an exquisite
Chinese Afternoon Tea filled with summer fruits.
Two Must-Try Noodle Dishes
The star of this summer's menu is undoubtedly the
Chilled Dandan Noodles. This dish has gained immense popularity since last summer, selling over
1,500 servings. It features homemade
sesame sauce blended into a rich, creamy soup topped with spicy minced meat seasoned with Sichuan chili paste, along with pickled Chinese vegetables. As a finishing touch, specially made chili oil and fragrant Sichuan pepper provide a captivating flavor that is both mild and numbing.
Meanwhile, the newly introduced
Spicy Sichuan Soup offers a delightful punch of flavor. This hearty dish is flooded with fresh vegetables like bok choy and mountain bamboo shoots, combined with Chinese-style tofu and fish roe balls, making it wonderfully satisfying. Guests can also choose a light
sweet potato vermicelli for a nutritious twist.

Tofu Pudding, famed for its smooth texture made from soy milk. The summer flavor features the deep sweetness of fully ripened mango, complemented by sweetened white fungus and jujube. This refreshing dessert, infused with a fragrant jasmine syrup, serves as the perfect reward for your palate after enjoying the noodle dishes.

Refreshing Chinese Afternoon Tea Experience
The
Chinese Afternoon Tea at MS. CASABLANCA is set to get a vibrant summer makeover. Guests can delight in flavors such as honey lemon and strawberry egg tart, mango and grapefruit almond jelly, and fried pudding. Each tier inspires with seasonal fruits and complements traditional Chinese snacks such as
Chengdu-style Spicy Chicken and
Daikon Cake.

- - Bottom Tier: Chengdu-style spicy chicken, steamed fish with scallion soy sauce, daikon cake with spicy sauce and XO sauce.
