Zoomlion Advances Intelligent Agricultural Machinery and Service Support Enhancements
Zoomlion Advances in Agricultural Machinery and Support Services
Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd., a leading player in the agricultural machinery sector, is making substantial strides in enhancing its products and services to ensure the success of the summer harvest. As the farming season intensifies across China, Zoomlion has been at the forefront, implementing innovative solutions to safeguard grain production.
In Suiping County, Henan Province, and Zhumadian City, Zoomlion's grain harvesters are pivotal in achieving high-quality yields. The company’s PL80 tracked harvester also showcased outstanding performance in mechanical harvesting loss reduction contests in Anhui province. Drivers like Zhang Xiaobo, who has over ten years of experience, have expressed admiration for the company’s TE100-DH harvester, China's first hybrid power harvester. “The machine operates with an electric motor that offers rapid response and simplified gear changes, with intelligent output adjustment to optimize engine performance,” Zhang noted. He added that the TE100-DH leads to a 30% reduction in fuel consumption compared to traditional models, and the after-sales service is accessible 24/7, ensuring prompt support during critical harvesting periods.
As the agriculture sector continues to modernize, Zoomlion’s intelligent technologies elevate farming practices to unprecedented levels. With features such as BeiDou positioning systems, AI-driven route planning, automatic obstacle avoidance, and remote operation capabilities, Zoomlion's unmanned harvesting machines have achieved remarkable efficiency and precision, contributing to significant yield improvements.
In addition to equipment advancements, Zoomlion has transformed its service offerings through comprehensive digital and intelligent strategies. The company has established a smart control center paired with four service pillars and four support centers. Expanding their infrastructure, they have launched 107 new standard agricultural machinery service stations, ensuring their services are widely accessible. A dedicated team of 2,200 service professionals is focused on delivering immediate assistance, on-site support, and rapid problem resolution.
Huo Xiaofeng, co-director general of Zoomlion Agriculture Machinery Co., Ltd., highlighted the completion of their integrated storage system, which encompasses a central factory, provincial airports, city-level centers, dealerships, mobile spare parts support vehicles, and direct service spare parts packages. “With our ZBP service spare parts system, warehouse management system (WMS), and transportation management system (TMS), we have achieved full digital processing, intelligent resource coordination, and increased service visibility, resulting in a marked improvement in the speed and timeliness of our spare parts supply,” he explained.
As China’s agricultural landscape evolves, Zoomlion's efforts to innovate with intelligent machinery and enhance service support are poised to play an essential role in ensuring the success of the summer harvesting season and beyond. Their commitment to leveraging technology for better harvest outcomes exemplifies how the industry is ready to embrace the future of agriculture in an increasingly demanding environment.
