Dinosaurs Invade Dynacity This Summer

Dynacity, located in Odawara, Japan, is gearing up for an exciting event that is sure to delight families and dinosaur enthusiasts alike. From August 12 to August 17, 2025, the commercial facility will host "Dinosaur Park in Dynacity 2025," marking the third year of this thrilling experience. This year is particularly special as Dynacity celebrates its 25th anniversary, and the event promises to be bigger and better than ever before!

What to Expect?

This year, visitors can expect to see some incredible animatronic dinosaurs on display, including the fan-favorite Velociraptor, the towering Brachiosaurus known for its long neck, and the formidable Spinosaurus, which can reach lengths of approximately 5 meters! These life-like robots are sure to amaze attendees, making it a perfect outing for the whole family.

In addition to the magnificent dinosaur displays, several interactive events will be held throughout the week to engage and entertain children. It’s an excellent opportunity for families to spend a day having fun while enjoying the coolest dinosaur-related content this summer!

Special Events and Activities

The event will feature several unique activities:

LEGO® Dinosaur Talk Show

On August 15, 2025, attendees can participate in a talk show featuring Dinosaur-kun (Tanaka Masashi) and join a LEGO® building workshop. Young dinosaur fans will get to build their very own Velociraptor, capable of striking various poses, including running and pouncing on prey. Participants will take home their crafted creations, combining fun and learning into one memorable experience!

- Requirements: Participants must register as friends on Dynacity's official LINE and present a receipt for purchases over 2,000 yen on the event day.

Dino GP - Digital Attraction

Another exciting addition is the DINO GP, a cutting-edge digital attraction where participants can see their colored dinosaur drawings come to life on a giant screen! By coloring and scanning their dinosaur, kids will watch their art transform into a 3D model.

- Location: Dynacity West 1F Canyon Stage
- Requirements: Participants must register as friends on Dynacity's official LINE and present a receipt for purchases over 1,000 yen on the event day.

Children will have the chance to race their digital dinosaurs using foot pedals, providing a physical and interactive element to the activity, which will also include a commemorative trading card gift.

Dino Maze & Quiz Rally

For those seeking a challenge, a giant maze will be set up at the Dynacity West Canyon. Visitors can explore the maze, visit five checkpoints, and collect keywords to win exciting prizes!

Additionally, a Dinosaur Quiz Rally will be hosted from August 15-17, where participants can test their dinosaur knowledge at five different locations and redeem prizes like dinosaur erasers after completing a multiple-choice quiz.
