3. NASA Platform Engineering and Technology Services (PETS)
With a focus on stimulating innovation for small businesses, REI's collaboration with NASA led to annual cost savings of $1.9 million. By streamlining proposal processing and workflows, PETS increased efficiency in NASA's small business initiatives, empowering smaller firms to present groundbreaking innovations that support NASA's vision through advanced technology.

The grand recognition for the 2024 Veer Bhartiya Team Impact Award went to the DHS FEMA Data Exchange (FEMADex). This groundbreaking project has transformed emergency response capabilities within FEMA by promoting secure and efficient real-time data sharing complemented with advanced analytics.

The cloud-based platform significantly enhances FEMA's capacity to track, analyze, and distribute disaster relief resources, drastically cutting down fraud, waste, and abuse. Notably, during the 2024 hurricane season, the system achieved a remarkable 90% reduction in response times, thus accelerating the delivery of crucial resources to communities affected by disasters in the Southeastern United States.
