What makes this festival even more special is the collaboration with Bell Foods, a renowned producer of local soul food with a history of 75 years. Festival-goers can enjoy four exclusive collaborative dishes, including Genghis Khan (grilled mutton), Ishiyaki Butadon (stone-grilled pork bowl), and more, offering a true taste of Hokkaido’s culinary heritage.

Customers can choose to order individual dishes or opt for the “Just Meat” unlimited course, allowing guests to savor even more culinary treasures from Hokkaido.
