Bringing over 25 years of experience in the institutional trust sector, Tamara's role will primarily focus on coordinating with clients and their existing service providers. She is tasked with developing and executing conversion plans to facilitate the smooth transfer of clients' assets and records to MITC.

In her pivotal role, Ms. Antholine will oversee the entire process of asset transfer, ensuring that asset re-registration is carried out accurately in cooperation with former providers, clients, and investment professionals. Her attention to detail and methodical approach are expected to significantly enhance the accuracy of these transfers. David Gibowski, who heads the Transition department at MITC, praised her organizational skills and extensive knowledge of the financial industry, stating that these attributes will be invaluable in her new position.

Tamara Antholine has been a part of the Midwest Institutional Trust Company for 17 years, during which she has made significant contributions to the organization. She began her career at MITC within the Risk and Compliance team, where she played a critical role in implementing compliance procedures to reduce client risk and maintain the integrity of the enterprise. Her transition to client service as a Relationship Coordinator marked the start of her direct interactions with clients, leading to her promotion to team manager in 2015.

Ms. Antholine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which has undoubtedly contributed to her effective client relationships and transition planning expertise.
