Conversely, the ghosts aim to prevent this from happening by capturing the thieves and confining them to prison cells, referred to as “Hito Kago.” Success lies in teamwork; while thieves need to avoid being caught, ghosts must strategically navigate the map to apprehend their targets.

Winning Conditions

For Thieves:

To secure victory, thieves must gather ten treasures and transform them into artifacts; this is when they can successfully escape with the spoils. However, time is the enemy, as they are constantly pursued by ghosts eager to recapture them. A player who is caught can be rescued by teammates unless the ghosts succeed in throwing everyone into the Hito Kago within the allocated time or manage to protect five artifacts until the countdown ends.

For Ghosts:

Ghosts achieve their victory by capturing all five thieves before they can successfully retrieve their artifacts. Identifying effective strategies and employing character strengths plays a crucial role in achieving objectives.
