Fukumusubi's Revitalization: Connecting People and Welfare
The Tokyo Welfare Bureau has announced a fresh new look for its welfare job information platform,
Fukumusubi, which aims to make welfare careers more accessible and appealing, especially to younger generations. On October 20, 2025, the portal will showcase a new logo and dedicated website featuring the tagline, ‘People and Welfare Expand from Here.’ The revamped design signifies a stronger connection to the community and the diverse opportunities within the welfare sector.
Since its inception in 2018, Fukumusubi has continually evolved. The new logo embodies growth and connection among individuals, reminiscent of gestures like handshakes and supportive relationships, symbolizing the collaborative spirit within the welfare landscape. Not only does the design aim to resonate emotionally, but it also promotes inclusivity by considering color selected for effective communication, ensuring accessibility for individuals with color vision deficiencies.
The revitalization also introduces various interactive features on the dedicated site, including engaging quizzes about the welfare sector and informative videos, enhancing users’ understanding and appreciation of welfare work. This effort reflects Fukumusubi's commitment to fostering a sense of community and support for both the employees and clients within the welfare field.
To mark this exciting transition, Fukumusubi is teaming up with
FC Tokyo for a special event on
October 25, 2025, during one of the soccer club's home games at Ajinomoto Stadium. Situated in the
Aoko Park, visitors can explore the Fukumusubi exhibition booth featuring activities and giveaways.
