Renowned actor Masahiro Takasugi made a grand entrance in an NK-1 vehicle, reminiscent of an operating room setting, featured in the newly released film "TOKYO MER: Rescuing Emergency Medical Services - Nankai Mission." Following his arrival, Mayuki Takigawa, the mayor of Toshima, made a stunning appearance aboard a bright red electric bus, the IKEBUS, announcing the festival's official kickoff. The excitement continued with a water splashing event involving local office workers and the area management council, led by Takasugi and Takigawa, creating a fun atmosphere for everyone.
