The WHY HOW DO COMPANY (also known as “YHDC”), headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, has announced the establishment of the AI Value Enhancement Division, aimed at strengthening support services for businesses through AI technology. This initiative is part of YHDC's strategy to leverage AI advancements for both M&A support and overall corporate value enhancement.
Background and Objectives
With the rapid advancement of AI technologies globally, YHDC initiated AI implementation projects in May 2025 under the Branding Co-Creation Division to integrate AI into internal operations. Following the establishment of the M&A Strategy Division on September 1, 2025, the company was primed to implement AI-driven business expansions. The primary goal of the AI Value Enhancement Division is to employ AI technologies specifically to boost the business strategies and corporate rejuvenation processes of companies entering the YHDC group.
