The project includes the creation of visual identities, website design, photographic representation, and various marketing materials like menus and business cards.

One notable feature is the logo design, which interprets the character for “river” as the silhouette of a tuna, symbolizing the fish and ocean gifts that are integral to Edo-style sushi. This logo also signifies the traditional noren (fabric dividers), hinting at the cultural practice where diners would wipe their fingers on the noren, leading to dirtier fabrics being a sign of a bustling restaurant. Such authentic textures were incorporated into the logo design to deepen its cultural significance.
