Experience the Taste of France in Autumn!
The
Diners Club France Restaurant Week 2025 is currently underway, running from
September 20 to October 20. This is Japan's largest French culinary event, where food enthusiasts can relish authentic French dishes at special prices.
Launched in 2011, the festival celebrates its
15th anniversary this year. With over
500 restaurants participating nationwide, you’ll find a unique opportunity to indulge in three-course meals priced at
3,000, 6,000, or 10,000 yen (taxes and service included).
This year's theme,
“Regional French Cuisine,” serves as a bridge connecting the culinary cultures of France and Japan. Visitors can savor distinct local dishes from various French regions, crafted using Japan's fresh, seasonal ingredients.
A Gateway to French Gastronomy
For those who typically find high-end dining intimidating, the Diners Club France Restaurant Week offers an accessible way to try celebrated establishments, including Michelin-starred venues. This is a golden opportunity to explore restaurants you’ve been curious about without breaking the bank.
Participating restaurants are showcasing their specialties through specially curated courses that highlight regional French gastronomy. Imagine enjoying a
Salade Niçoise that transports you straight to the sunny shores of Nice, or savoring the comfort of traditional
Cassoulet from the Languedoc area. Desserts like
Kugelhopf from Alsace will sweeten your experience, resembling a delightful gastronomic journey across France.
