Application Process and Requirements

The application is open to adult women residing in Tokyo or adult men who are 39 years old or younger as of March 31, 2024. The application process offers a chance for involved individuals to showcase their retail or service-based business ideas.

Fee Structure

• - Utilization Fee: 36,300 JPY per month (tax included).

(Note: Utility expenses and community fee will be borne by the vendor.)
