YUIME Corporation Announces New Management Structure
YUIME Corporation, headquartered in Tokyo's Minato Ward and led by CEO Kohei Ueno, has announced the establishment of a new management structure aimed at enhancing governance and supporting its long-term growth strategy. The initiative is designed to ensure the company's sustainability and responsiveness to future capital markets.
The vision of YUIME is to "update Japan's primary industries to become world-class industries". To achieve this, the company has been tackling structural challenges in Japanese agriculture, focusing on rapid growth in agricultural support services targeting both foreign and Japanese workers. The new management structure is intended to balance the company’s ongoing growth with the need for transparency and discipline as required by capital markets.
Background of the New Management Structure
Japan's primary industries face a myriad of challenges, including an aging workforce, chronic labor shortages, and increasing demands for sustainability in regional industries and the utilization of foreign labor. In this complex scenario, YUIME has previously established a busy-season dispatch model centered around skilled foreign workers, nurtured core personnel in Japan, and built long-term partnerships with agricultural entities and regional businesses to expand its operations.
Moving forward, the company must construct a more sophisticated framework for management that incorporates enhanced decision-making and accountability as it expands its business domains, scales up nationwide operations, and elevates group management.
Recognizing these needs, YUIME is committed to strengthening its management foundation, aiming for maximized corporate value in the medium to long term.
