The centerpiece of their display was the SERLATTICE 7.04 MWh energy storage system, featuring liquid cooling technology and an impressive energy density of 477 kWh/m². This innovative design significantly reduces the space requirements while achieving a round-trip efficiency (RTE) of ≥95%, ensuring exceptional energy conversion performance.

Additionally, the SERLATTICE 6.26 MWh system showcased an integrated AC/DC architecture, boosting overall system efficiency by 2% and supporting parallel configurations of up to four units. Equipped with temperature control technology, this system also achieves a 25% reduction in auxiliary power consumption, translating to substantial cost savings over its lifecycle.

For commercial and industrial clients, Sermatec introduced the EASYCUBE, a compact all-in-one storage solution with a capacity of 261 kWh, designed for easy installation and flexible scaling. This unit enhances energy resilience through efficient peak shaving and integration of renewable energy sources.

Smart Energy Management

Beyond hardware innovations, Sermatec exhibited its intelligent digital ecosystem for energy management. The Nebulos operational platform seamlessly integrates hardware and software, enabling participation in electricity trading and aggregated virtual power plants (VPP) to maximize asset value. The platform is complemented by the MOFS early warning unit, which provides non-destructive thermal leakage predictions two to three hours in advance, significantly enhancing battery safety through proactive risk management.

Key components developed by Sermatec included a 430 kW string PCS (Power Conversion System) with liquid cooling and Battery Management Units (BMUs) for active balancing, capable of monitoring up to 104 strings. Demonstrating its comprehensive integration capabilities, Sermatec established itself as a leader within the energy storage sector.

From continental climates to Mediterranean conditions, Sermatec thoroughly validates its technology through an expanding portfolio of international projects.
