ANA Airline School, operated by ANA Business Solutions Co., Ltd., is excited to announce the launch of a new intensive course titled Career-Focused ANA Cabin Crew Employment Preparation Course starting from June 6, 2026. This course is tailored specifically for former students who are now professionals, as well as those who have graduated but have not yet found employment.

Background on the Initiative

The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic between 2020 and 2023 have significantly disrupted the aviation recruitment landscape, particularly for new graduates who lost the opportunity to apply for positions due to the cessation of hiring activities. Many of them have reached out, expressing their desire to become cabin crew members despite their varied professional backgrounds.

In response, ANA Airline School previously offered only interview preparation sessions for working professionals. However, recognizing the need for comprehensive career support, the school is now launching a one-day concentrated course specifically focused on career recruiting.

Course Details

The Career-Focused ANA Cabin Crew Employment Preparation Course is structured to provide participants with essential insights and skills necessary to pursue a career as a cabin crew member at ANA. The course will be held on the following dates:

• - June 6, 2026 (Saturday)
• - June 20, 2026 (Saturday)

Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: ANA Airline School, Tokyo Campus
Eligibility: Those who have graduated from vocational schools, junior colleges, four-year universities, or graduate schools
Tuition Fee: 71,500 JPY (including tax)
Minimum Participants Needed: 4
Maximum Capacity: 12
Sales Start: April 6, 2026 at 9:00 AM

Course Content

• - Understanding of Cabin Crew Duties

To bolster the skills learned during the course, participants may also opt for the Interview Preparation Course.
