Le Duff succeeds Philippe Donche-Gay, who has helmed the company since September 2020. This transition represents a pivotal moment in SQLI's ongoing strategic development and growth trajectory in the competitive landscape of digital services.

Leadership Transition

Philippe Donche-Gay, who will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board, expressed pride in SQLI's achievements during his tenure, particularly through the challenges posed by the pandemic. Under his leadership, SQLI has achieved remarkable financial recovery and growth in alignment with market demands. Donche-Gay stated, "I am proud of the progress made by SQLI and its position among the key players in digital transformation. I believe that Erwan Le Duff possesses the necessary expertise and leadership to drive the company towards new successes."

Furthermore, he spent several years at Capgemini, where he held strategic positions in the telecommunications sector, ultimately leading the sector from 2011.

Vision for the Future

With Le Duff at the helm, SQLI aims to reinforce its commitment towards employees, partners, and clients while solidifying its position in key areas such as customer experience, composable commerce, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. These commitments will be pivotal in navigating the evolving digital landscape.

Le Duff commented on his new role, stating, "I am honored to take the lead at SQLI and am determined to continue to drive our development momentum. Together with our teams, clients, and partners, we will continue to innovate and meet the challenges of our industry to strengthen our position as a key player."
