UnionPay International Celebrates 10 Years of THE MONSTERS in Paris
Recently, UnionPay International (UPI) took on the role of sponsor for the Paris stop of THE MONSTERS 10th Anniversary Global Tour, an event organized by POP MART Europe. This sponsorship is pivotal for enhancing the visibility of POP MART's original designer toy brands across the European market while expanding UnionPay's cross-border payment options for cardholders worldwide.
The Paris exhibition, running from March 4 to 29, 2026, will be hosted at the Hôtel du Grand Veneur, located in the Marais district of Paris (60 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris). Paris joins the ranks of Shanghai, Taipei, and Hong Kong as another significant international stop on the tour.
Currently, all major POP MART stores across Europe accept UnionPay cards and UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, including locations in the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, and Italy. Admission tickets for the Paris event are priced at €12 for adults, €8 for youth aged 10-17, and are free for children under 10 years old. Visitors can conveniently reach the venue by foot from the Saint-Paul station on Metro Line 1.
The exhibition showcases a decade's worth of THE MONSTERS' history and features exclusive LABUBU collectibles available for purchase. Currently, more than 90% of European countries and regions have activated UnionPay services, with 80% of POS terminals accepting UnionPay cards. Additionally, over 6 million merchants in Europe support UnionPay's mobile QuickPass payments. UnionPay services now cover all Schengen countries, offering convenient payment options for international travelers and locals alike.
