The acquisition is designed to retain existing client contracts, rates, and programs during the transition period. Clients will continue their usual invoicing processes while having the opportunity to explore OTR's user-friendly mobile app and client portal, which are now available. These tools allow for a more seamless experience in uploading invoices for payment and managing financial accounts.

One of the significant advantages of this acquisition is that incoming clients will benefit from OTR's impressive 24/7/365 invoice approval system. Once an invoice is uploaded, clients can expect immediate funding to their designated bank accounts, thus eliminating the wait and uncertainty often associated with invoice processing.

Moreover, these clients will gain access to various financial tools such as the OTR Fuel Card and OTR Clutch business banking services, designed to provide enhanced financial management capabilities for transportation businesses.

The entire acquisition process, from the signing of the letter of intent to the full transition of services, was completed in less than three months. This initiative marks OTR's second acquisition of a factoring portfolio in under a year, following its acquisition of TruckSmarter's factoring and banking portfolio in November 2025.
