Introducing the New Catalyst MSP/SP Program by Netskope

Netskope Unveils Catalyst MSP/SP Program

Netskope, a leader in security and networking technology for the cloud and AI era, has recently introduced its comprehensive partner support platform, the Netskope Catalyst MSP/SP Program. Announced on June 17, 2026, during U.S. working hours, this program is designed to cater to the market entry needs of Netskope partners, enabling them to sell Netskope's SASE services with a flexible and simplified pricing model.

At the core of the Catalyst MSP/SP program is the newly launched Netskope Partner Orchestrator. This self-service solution empowers Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to accelerate their monetization strategies and streamline customer lifecycle management from the planning phase to production environments.

With the rising demand for cybersecurity services to protect AI roadmaps and expertise, the MSP market is rapidly evolving to meet these needs. Additionally, the desire for a unified platform that can manage all aspects of SASE offerings is growing. By 2028, it's projected that 50% of new SASE implementations will be built on a single-vendor SASE platform, a significant increase from the anticipated 30% in 2025. This market shift compels service providers to seek efficient ways to enhance their competitive edge, expand revenue, and expedite customer onboarding.

Parag Thakore, Netskope’s Chief Product Officer for SASE, stated, “MSPs are looking for partner support solutions that extend beyond technology to meet modern business requirements. Netskope partners with the Catalyst program to provide this. Specifically, we offer a simple and flexible pricing structure, including 24/7 support, tenant provisioning in under 15 minutes through the Netskope Partner Orchestrator, license portability, newly introduced Netskope SASE Associate and Specialist certifications, and marketing support. This program encapsulates everything MSPs need for expedited onboarding, operational efficiency, and customer base expansion.”

The Catalyst MSP/SP program is tailored to align with the operational models of service providers, equipping them with the speed, operational manageability, and profitability required to deliver large-scale services to multiple customers.

The program offers benefits through three partner tiers: Foundation, Ascent, and Summit, which provide a robust suite of resources across six pillars according to the partner's stage of growth:

1. Partner Orchestrator: This self-service, multi-tenant orchestrator covers the entire SASE and AI product suite, enabling rapid provisioning of customer environments for production. With granular access controls that support a variety of partner hierarchies, MSPs can onboard system integrators, sub-partners, and resellers, granting each only the necessary permissions.

2. Pricing and Packaging: The flexible pricing structure includes program discounts and 24/7 support, allowing MSPs to build predictable business models from day one. Portability of licenses across customers enables instantaneous transitions without needing ticketing or approval processes.

3. Onboarding and Support: Partner Assist ensures tailored support based on partner tiers, allowing MSPs to handle customer challenges without going solo.

4. Training: New e-learning and instructor-led training options enhance skills acquisition and quick onboarding. Certifications such as Netskope Sales Core, Netskope SASE Associate, and SASE Specialist improve market credibility and differentiation for partners.

5. Sales and Marketing: Marketing assistance, co-branded campaigns, and opportunities for partner summit participation are provided to help MSPs widen their pipeline.

6. Operations: Service build workshops, an integrated partner portal, and deal protection measures ensure the efficiency of the service delivery process and protect business opportunities created by partners.

Bryan Hodges, Vice President of Operations at Configure, Inc., an MSP in the U.S., shared, “Thanks to the infrastructure and partner-focused self-service model built by Netskope, our customers can enjoy the value of the Netskope One platform faster than ever before. Where it once took weeks to activate new customer accounts and provision essential SASE services, we can now complete these tasks in minutes. Also, as customer needs evolve, we can seamlessly launch multiple services on the Netskope One platform. As a result, we are seeing reductions in operational time and increased revenue opportunities. The initiative Netskope has announced is truly a program focused on the benefits of both service providers and their customers, reinforcing the long-term value of this partnership.”

Netskope's Global Channel Programs and Strategy Vice President, Kristin Carnes, commented, “Netskope has prioritized partners since inception. Introducing the Netskope Partner Orchestrator as a key feature of the new Catalyst MSP/SP program underscores our ongoing commitment to the global partner ecosystem. We recognize that the environment around partners is evolving, and for them to rapidly scale, they need to reduce operational costs per customer as they grow their scale. The solutions we announced will shorten the time-to-value while enabling service provider partners to maintain control throughout the process.”

Netskope's partner ecosystem collaborates with some of the world’s leading managed service providers to empower organizations to use data, cloud, and AI applications more securely and simply, bolstering their overall cybersecurity capabilities. The provision of fully managed integrated SASE/SSE solutions involves collaboration with partners including BT, Deloitte, Macquarie Telecom, and Orange.
