Meet the Speaker


Mako Takano hails from Funabashi City in Chiba Prefecture. Since registering as a labor consultant in January 2014, she has been actively involved in various initiatives, including harassment prevention training and anger management workshops. With more than 20 public lectures each year, Takano also engages with organizations across multiple sectors including corporations, government bodies, universities, labor unions, and PTA groups. She is the author of the booklet "Dealing Effectively with Anger: Recommendations for Emotional Control" (Seibunsha).

Through this seminar, participants will not only gain empowerment strategies but also learn about effective approaches to improve their overall workplace and personal environments.
