Ann Marie Tromer has built an impressive career in finance, business operations, and leadership within the non-profit sector. Before assuming the role of CEO, she held significant positions at Saint Dominic’s, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, she not only oversaw essential fiscal operations but also managed the agency's educational initiatives, such as the 853 School and Bronx Preschool.
Her extensive background includes key leadership posts at the Pearl River Union Free School District, where she was instrumental in managing the annual school budget and leading important capital projects. At the Clarkstown Central School District, she played a vital role in financial management and operational strategy. Furthermore, her responsibilities at ARC of Rockland involved modernizing revenue reporting and Medicaid reimbursement processes, which ensured the financial viability of crucial services. This experience provides Tromer with a robust understanding of both the operational and financial aspects necessary for leading Saint Dominic's Family Services toward achieving its mission.

Tromer holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a Master's in Educational Leadership from Pace University.
