The theme for this year's event is "Fireworks Festival in the Underwater World." As guests enter, they are welcomed by an impressive display of colorful fireworks alongside mesmerizing aquatic displays and softly glowing lanterns along the entrance path, known as the "Umi no Sandou." Interactive features allow visitors to encounter the visual spectacle of blooming fireworks at their fingertips as they touch the walls, enhancing their experience.

Within the immersive area dubbed "Kaichu Hanabi," stunning visuals and interactive elements await. Each step taken creates the illusion of sparking fireworks at your feet, making it feel as if you are walking through a magical realm beneath the waves. Every three minutes, a breathtaking show time will showcase vibrant fireworks blooming throughout the entire area, treating spectators to a stunning visual experience.

In the "Umisai Kairou" exhibition area, guests will feel the natural transition from the ocean floor to shallows, with an array of creatures gradually changing their appearances on display. At the cafe bar "Enka Hanabi," visitors can enjoy exclusive drinks and sweets while surrounded by captivating fireworks displays. Furthermore, the dolphin performances during the day and night have been upgraded with impressive LED elements, giving the entire program an added thrill.
