Booost and Pronexus Collaborate to Host Seminar on SSBJ Compliance Strategies

Booost and Pronexus Collaborate for SSBJ Seminar

In a bid to enhance corporate sustainability transformation strategies, Booost Inc. (located in Shinagawa, Tokyo, and represented by CEO Hiroki Aoi) is set to jointly host an online seminar with Pronexus Inc. (based in Minato, Tokyo, with President Takeshi Ueno) on November 5, 2025, at 14:00 JST. The seminar revolves around the question: "How will corporate disclosure tasks change with SSBJ standards?" This session is aimed particularly at deepening understanding of the SSBJ standards, which will be implemented starting fiscal year 2027.

Background and Importance of the Seminar

As part of the SSBJ standards, companies will be required to integrate both financial and non-financial information in their securities reports, commencing with the March 2027 fiscal year. Corporations preparing for the June submission must efficiently streamline their operations across various departments, including Investor Relations (IR), sustainability, and human resources, to manage the increased workloads associated with the early and concise disclosure requirements.

This seminar will address emerging challenges identified in the disclosure environment, such as increased workload, the acceleration of reporting deadlines, and ensuring consistency in reports. Attendees will learn about the latest practical approaches to regulatory compliance through models of collaboration between Booost and Pronexus.

Targeting the Sustainability 2026 Challenge

As many companies face the looming deadline for required disclosure of sustainability-related financial information, the urgency to address this issue intensifies. The "Sustainability 2026 Challenge" could potentially undermine corporate value due to inaction or lack of awareness. To tackle this, Booost is leading a project aimed at establishing Japan as a leader in sustainability transformation, starting November 2024. This project will include parallel events and support initiatives for both operational staff and executive leadership.
