Pudu Robotics Secures $150 Million Funding, Valuation Surpasses $1.5 Billion
Pudu Robotics Raises Nearly $150 Million, Exceeding $1.5 Billion Valuation
Pudu Robotics, recognized as a frontrunner in the commercial service robotics space, has announced a significant milestone by raising almost $150 million in a recent funding round. This influx of capital has propelled the company's valuation beyond the $1.5 billion mark, illustrating the robust confidence investors have in Pudu's technical capabilities, scalability, and global leadership.
With this funding, Pudu Robotics has now accumulated over $300 million in total investments. The funds will be strategically allocated to further enhance the development of embodied AI technologies, broaden the company's product offerings, accelerate global market penetration, augment manufacturing capacity, and bolster supply chain capabilities. These strategic initiatives are aimed at reinforcing Pudu's leadership in the rapidly advancing commercial service robotics industry and establishing a solid foundation for future capital market accomplishments.
The company has positioned itself among the fastest-growing entities in the commercial service robotics sector. With a diverse range of applications including service delivery, commercial cleaning, and industrial delivery, Pudu has experienced an impressive year-over-year revenue increase of 100% in 2025 alone. Notably, over 70% of its total revenue is now derived from its commercial cleaning segment, while its industrial delivery robots have rapidly gained traction, with over 4,000 units sold within just a year of their launch.
Pudu's commercial success is further validated by its extensive global reach, evidenced by partnerships with prominent international brands such as Carrefour, Walmart, and EDEKA. According to Frost & Sullivan’s 2023 report on the global commercial service robotics market, Pudu maintains a 23% share, ranking first worldwide and leading international deployments.
Headquartered in Shenzhen, with research and development centers located in Chengdu and Hong Kong, Pudu Robotics is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. The company continually advances its core components, including navigation algorithms, multi-robot scheduling, motion controllers, and integrated joint modules. Felix Zhang, the Founder and CEO of Pudu Robotics, emphasized that this funding milestone serves as a testament to the company's industry leadership, product excellence, and technological capabilities. He stated, "With the support of our strategic investors and industrial partners, Pudu will persist in advancing the frontiers of embodied AI and commercial service robotics. We are committed to innovating as inventors and adopting a global vision to expedite robot adoption, thereby elevating our industry within the global value chain."
