SINEXCEL Achieves Recognition in Forbes Asia's Best Under a Billion for the Second Time

SINEXCEL Recognized Again in Forbes Asia's Best Under a Billion

On October 22, 2026, SINEXCEL (300693.SZ), a globally recognized provider of energy storage solutions, electric vehicle charging, electric power quality, and artificial intelligence-driven critical data center power (AIDC), was honored for the second time in the prestigious Forbes Asia's Best Under a Billion 2026 list. This listing acknowledges outstanding companies from the Asia-Pacific region, with annual revenues under one billion USD, showcasing exceptional financial management and innovative growth.

The Selection Criteria

The Forbes Asia list, published in the August issue, ranks 200 publicly traded firms selected from over 19,000 vying for a spot. Key factors influencing their selection included debt levels, revenue growth, earnings per share over one and three years, and return on equity over one and five years. The qualitative screening further evaluates corporate governance, accounting practices, environmental accountability, and management integrity, highlighting companies with sustainable approaches and strong financial performance.

In addition to SINEXCEL's recognition, 27 other firms from China made it onto this year’s list, collectively demonstrating the region's robust development across technology and finance sectors.

Sustained Growth Through Innovation

SINEXCEL showcased remarkable business momentum, achieving a five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 35.05% in revenue and a similar 35.04% in net profit attributable to shareholders. Their return on equity (ROE) and return on invested capital (ROIC) both exceeded 20%. This strong growth is supported by a commitment to research and development, with cumulative R&D expenditures surpassing $176 million (or approximately €157 million) between 2019 and 2025, and nearly 30% of their over 2,600 workforce comprised of technical experts.

Following a customer-focused philosophy, long-term strategic planning, and a commitment to high-quality development, SINEXCEL continually enhances its management practices, aiming to strengthen market competitiveness and business resilience.

Global Leadership in Energy Technology

Since its inception in 2007, SINEXCEL has installed 17 GW of energy storage capacity, deployed over 200,000 DC fast chargers for electric vehicles, supplied nearly 20 million active harmonic filters, and executed more than 700 projects related to power quality in data centers globally. Furthermore, BloombergNEF recognized it as a Tier 1 manufacturer of power converters for the first three quarters of 2026, solidifying its leadership in critical energy technologies.

Innovations do not end with technology; SINEXCEL is also advancing its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. At the 2025 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Action Awards™, the company secured a silver award in the Talent Management category and a bronze award for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Commitment to Global Energy Freedom

This second recognition by Forbes Asia reaffirms SINEXCEL's commitment to sustainable growth and technological excellence. The company continues to drive innovations in power electronics while expanding its global partnerships, delivering reliable and efficient energy solutions that promote energy freedom worldwide. As SINEXCEL forges ahead, it remains focused on creating a resilient and eco-friendly energy future, setting a standard for other companies in the industry to follow.
