PMB's Abrazo Health Litchfield Medical Building Named 2025 HREI Award Finalist
PMB's Abrazo Health Litchfield Medical Building has made headlines by being selected as a finalist in the highly esteemed Healthcare Real Estate Insights (HREI) awards program for 2025. This recognition highlights the significance of the project, which is notable as the first facility of its kind in Goodyear, Arizona, combining both medical office services and inpatient rehabilitation in a single space.
Jake Dinnen, Partner and Executive Vice President of Development at PMB, expressed his gratitude for this recognition, attributing it to the collaborative efforts and strong partnerships that have driven this unique project. The building has been strategically designed to meet the community’s healthcare needs, effectively merging inpatient and outpatient services into one centralized location. By doing so, it enhances the overall care coordination process and ensures a seamless experience for patients, fostering a patient-centered continuum of care.
Spanning an impressive 46,000 square feet, the Litchfield Medical Building hosts Goodyear’s first combination facility of its kind. It is thoughtfully situated in the Palm Valley Shopping Center, conveniently positioned near surrounding retail amenities and adjacent to other medical services. Its prime location next to the I-10 freeway significantly boosts the accessibility for patients, making it easier for them to receive the care they need.
The facility boasts advanced healthcare capabilities, offering a wide array of services including inpatient rehabilitation, internal medicine, cardiology, and hospitalist services. It is equipped with 24 rehabilitation beds dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients recovering from various conditions such as strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic issues, neurological conditions, and trauma. The construction of this building marks a pivotal advancement in the community's health services.
PMB has a rich history of accomplishments in healthcare real estate, with the organization having earned finalist distinctions 19 times over the past nine years — a testament to their commitment to excellence.
