Strong Heart Supports Lifesaving Techniques and Education in Japan

Strong Heart Co., Ltd., based in Minato, Tokyo, took an active role in promoting the advancement and dissemination of lifesaving techniques in Japan. On September 6 and 7, 2025, the company proudly sponsored and participated in the "7th All Japan Masters Lifesaving Championships" and the "22nd All Japan Junior Lifesaving Championships" held at Iwai Beach in Minamiboso, Chiba Prefecture. Approximately 320 lifesavers participated in these competitions, and Strong Heart provided them with their protein bars, known as "Strong Bars."

Strong Heart's Vision

Established in 2013, Strong Heart has now reached its twelfth year of operation. Founder Kazuya’s experiences as a young swimmer until university, along with his open-water lifesaving endeavors, have driven his passion for aquatic sports and the spirit of challenge. He successfully completed the approximately 60-km swim from Izu-Oshima to Chigasaki twice. This journey reinforced his desire to help aspiring athletes reach their peaks in university swimming competitions and led him to create Strong Bar, which has now sold over 2.7 million units. This success expresses gratitude to those who have supported them along the way.
