SHIRO Implements New Employee Welfare System for Better Work Environment
SHIRO's Commitment to Employee Well-Being
In an effort to create a workplace where employees feel secure and can thrive, SHIRO has introduced a new welfare program aimed at nurturing both company growth and individual employee well-being. This initiative reflects SHIRO's core philosophy of making the world a happier place through social contributions and economic incentives.
The philosophy behind this program is simple yet impactful: the growth of the company is directly tied to the growth of its employees. Therefore, creating an environment where staff can pursue challenges without the burden of future uncertainties is deemed essential. Recognizing that injury or illness can strike unexpectedly, SHIRO has rolled out the "Life Support II" program, which guarantees financial support during such events.
This initiative aims to alleviate economic worries, enabling employees to focus on recovery and wellness. The name "Life Support II" builds upon SHIRO’s longstanding commitment to employee health, aiming for further enhancement. Previously, from April 2022 to March 2026, SHIRO offered the "Life Support Leave" initiative which granted additional paid leave for health management. As of April 2026, the adoption of a 2.5-day work week is also being introduced, allowing time for personal growth, family bonding, and education while connecting these experiences to work and societal values.
