Revolutionary Approach to Tummy Fat: No Exercise Required! Discover the Secret Using Adhesive Patches

As summer approaches, many start to feel conscious of their body shape, particularly focusing on the tummy area. A recent survey conducted by Yamauchi Yoshihiro, a physical therapist and the creator of the YouTube channel ‘腰痛・肩こり駆け込み寺 [Yamauchi Yoshihiro]’ with over 1.17 million subscribers, revealed fascinating insights regarding body shape concerns among individuals aged 40 to 70.

Survey Overview

Survey Date: June 3, 2025
Method: Online survey
Participants: 600 men and women aged 40 to 70 nationwide
Conducted by: Freeasy

Summary of Findings

The survey uncovered that 80% of women and 50% of men expressed concern about their body shape when wearing lighter clothing. Notably, the areas of greatest concern were the lower abdomen followed by the waist. While women expressed concerns about various areas such as the buttocks, legs, and upper arms, men tended to focus more narrowly on their stomachs.

In response to the question about body shape concerns, 32.7% of women indicated they were 'very concerned', followed by 25.3% indicating they were 'concerned', and 21.0% being 'somewhat concerned'. This indicates that an impressive 79% of women are aware of their body shape in some form. Conversely, among men, the majority (21.0%) responded with 'somewhat concerned', followed by 18.7% indicating 'not much concerned', and 17.3% stating, 'not concerned at all'. This shows a clear trend that women are generally more aware of their body shape than men.

When asked about specific body areas causing concern, both genders primarily highlighted the lower abdomen, with 83.5% of women and 82.9% of men indicating this area. The waist also had similar levels of concern across genders with over half acknowledging worry about this part. However, women were notably concerned about a wider range of areas compared to men. For instance, concerns related to areas like the upper arms and back were significantly less pronounced among men. This highlights noticeable differences in the focus areas for body shape awareness between genders.

No Need for Muscle Training! The Revolutionary Approach of Weight Loss Patches

This survey brings to light a pressing issue where many individuals are particularly troubled by tummy fat. While many may engage in rigorous gym workouts or intense abdominal routines, there’s a surprisingly simple approach that requires no strenuous activity at all – using adhesive patches!

These patches stimulate the transverse abdominis muscle, helping to reduce tummy fat with minimal effort. The method involves applying six adhesive patches around the transverse abdominis area. To support this muscle gently while going about daily life, one can wear these patches overnight or throughout the day. By plastering these patches, people may find that the transverse abdominis activates, stabilizing the abdomen like a girdle, aligning organs properly, thereby minimizing protrusion and enhancing both digestion and metabolism.

Understanding the Transverse Abdominis

The transverse abdominis is situated between the ribs and pelvis, playing a critical role in stabilizing the core. A well-functioning transverse abdominis can also alleviate back pain and improve breathing.

How to Apply the Patches:

1. Start by placing a patch over the protrusion at the front of the pelvis (iliac) and stretch it to cover the iliac bone.
2. Apply a patch from the lower abdomen stretching to encompass the iliac.
3. Tape another patch from just below the ribcage towards the iliac bone.

By pulling the skin lightly while applying the patches, it effectively stimulates the transverse abdominis, resulting in an engaging sensation of warmth and tightness in the abdomen. Make sure to apply similarly on the other side.

While utilizing adhesive patches is convenient, caution should be taken to avoid skin irritation. Choose skin-friendly materials and avoid prolonged application.
