Furniture China 2025 Reaches Record Attendance at Its 30th Edition
The grand 30th edition of Furniture China, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) from September 10 to 13, 2025, alongside Maison Shanghai at the SWEECC, has successfully concluded, marking a significant milestone in the global furniture industry. Under the theme 'BEYOND NEXT', these exhibitions showcased a vivid display of global design, innovation, and commerce.
Record-Breaking Attendance
This year's event witnessed an impressive total of
163,527 visits over five days, with
participants from 174 countries and regions highlighting its extensive global reach. Notably, the number of international visitors surged to
32,618, representing a year-on-year increase of
13.9%, which reflects the growing international recognition of the exhibition.
A Global Stage for Furniture and Lifestyle
Spanning over
350,000 square meters, the exhibitions featured
more than 3,200 exhibitors, presenting a diverse array of products from finished furniture to raw materials and smart manufacturing solutions. One of the standout presentations included the Garden and Outdoor Furniture Pavilion, as well as FMC China and FMC Premium at SNIEC, focusing on promoting sustainable and high-quality production across the industry. This collaboration of strengths, concentrating on resources and design innovations, has solidified Furniture China and Maison Shanghai's reputation as a leading global hub for the furniture and lifestyle sector.
Maison Shanghai exhibited over
800 design-centric brands in four thematic zones, which sparked creativity and innovation in lifestyle design. The
H3 Design Highland Pavilion emerged as the centerpiece of the exhibition, attracting attention from industry leaders, media, and buyers, while setting a new benchmark for design-focused exhibitions.
Maison Shanghai also recorded phenomenal growth, welcoming
47,077 visitors (+55.6%) from
136 countries and regions, with the attendance of foreign visitors increasing sharply by
123% compared to the previous year. The exhibition launched a program dedicated to lifestyle design and cultural creativity, supporting over
100 forums and events. Platforms such as the
Gold Idea Design Award,
CREDAWARD,
Design of Designers (DOD), and the Maison Design Forum underscored themes of innovation, heritage, sustainability, and East-West exchange.
Expanding Connections Beyond the Exhibition Floor
The exhibitions extended their reach digitally through the
