Tagosaku's Summer Sensation: Mala Okowa
Starting July 1, 2026, Tagosaku, a renowned specialty rice dumpling store under Green House Foods, will reintroduce their popular seasonal dish, Mala Okowa. Originally launched in January, this dish combines a unique blend of numbing spice and deep flavor, making it the perfect addition to your summer meals.
The Comeback of a Fan Favorite
Mala Okowa features the aromatic essence of 花椒辣醤 (Huajiao Laijiang), creating a delightful spiciness that beautifully entwines with the chewy rice. Each bite bursts with the invigorating fragrance of Sichuan pepper, followed by the lingering heat of chili peppers, enhancing your meal and boosting your appetite during the summer months.
