ArtSticker Unveils Major Updates for Enhanced Art Experience

ArtSticker's Major Overhaul

The Chain Museum, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, has announced major updates to its art communication platform, ArtSticker. This renovation introduces enhanced functionality for users, making exploring and engaging with art an even more immersive experience.

Enhanced Space Pages

One of the significant changes is the complete redesign of the Space Pages. Previously, users could only find individual listings for galleries, museums, art fairs, and projects under the 'Discover' menu. Now, these pages have been restructured to provide comprehensive information about each space.

What’s New?

  • - Users can now access all relevant details about galleries, museums, art fairs, and projects from one cohesive page. This redesign ensures that every type of art space is presented with the most appropriate format for easy viewing.
  • - An exciting component expected in the future is a dedicated page for art festivals, which will be announced later.

How to Access the New Features

To explore the updated Space Pages, simply navigate to the 'Discover' tab on the app. On mobile, you will find this option in the bottom menu, while desktop users can find it on the left sidebar or top menu.

Follow Your Favorite Spaces

ArtSticker has also introduced a feature that allows users to follow their favorite galleries, museums, art fairs, and projects. By following these spaces, users will receive updates about exhibitions, events, and new artwork listings via email or app notifications. This feature ensures that you stay informed about the latest happenings in your areas of interest.

Richer Artwork Information

In addition to the Space Page updates, artwork details have also been expanded to provide a more enriching experience.

  • - Gallery Information: When an artist is represented by a gallery, their information will now be displayed on the artwork page in the artist info section (availability based on pre-set parameters).

  • - Sales Information: Users can now find detailed information regarding the size, materials, edition, and shipping related to artworks in a consolidated 'Sales Information' section. This makes the purchasing process much more informed and transparent.

New Artwork Page Layout

ArtSticker has revamped the way artworks are showcased. Users can now toggle between two different viewing modes based on the style of each space:

  • - Standard Mode: Where both artwork and sales information are displayed.
  • - Monograph Mode (New Feature): This layout focuses solely on the artwork itself, providing a larger visual of the piece without sales specifics.

This new mode allows for a more profound appreciation of the artwork, highlighting its nuances more significantly.

For Curators and Space Managers

Alongside the updates, space managers can now publish facility and exhibition information directly to their respective pages, enabling an enhanced communication line with their followers. They can also announce upcoming exhibition details seamlessly.

If you are a gallery or project manager interested in utilizing these new features or would like more information on how to maximize your space’s visibility, please do not hesitate to reach out for support.
